Maria Bartiromo is now hosting CNBC's "Special Report With Maria Bartiromo". She's also anchor of "Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo," and co-anchor of "Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo and Tyler Mathisen". I remember watching her and Joe K during the dot com craze of the nineties. I was dot com, day-trading junkie. She's one of the hottest financial news anchors out there. Maria Bartiromo's biography is fairly extensive. She joined CNBC in 1993. Before that she wrote columns for Individual Investor and Ticker magazines. She graduated from New York University, where she majored in journalism and minored in economics.
